Murray Pura

Murray Pura worked as a minister on Nova Scotia's South Shore. His work took him to the small fisihing communities, and he often joined the fishermen handlining for cod. Pura grew up in Winnipeg and studied journalism and creative writing before spending some years travelling and working in Europe, North Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. He and his wife Linda live in Winnipeg.
