In Canada, the Sky Canada Project, within the governmental Office of the Chief Science Advisor, has as its objective “to enquire how UAP reporting is managed in Canada and recommend improvements if necessary.” Its focus is to determine what is being done about UAP in Canada and what more needs to be addressed. Yet Canada has had several official programs focused on UAP over the years, including scientific studies, and UAP reports continue to be noted by both government and civilian offices. The Canadian experience can be used to illustrate effective and transparent UAP research.
