In July 1917, renowned Canadian painter Tom Thomson mysteriously disappeared while canoeing in Algonquin Park. Speculators have offered wild theories of how he died, and what happened to his remains.  Cultural historian Gregory Klages offers an authoritative review of a century of evidence and conjecture concerning Thomson's mysterious death and burial.  Klages' book, The Many Deaths of Tom Thomson is a National Post bestseller, and Writers' Trust of Canada included it on their list of Best Books of 2016.
