None of them wanted to make the world a worse place, but each got sucked into corruption almost imperceptibly.

All have secrets that cast shadows on their lives. Trying to get out of the traps they find themselves in puts their lives and their honour in jeopardy. As corruption swirls around them, threatening not only their hopes for happiness but their very lives, Frannie, Daniel, and Stefano discover links that could upend what they know about each other and themselves. A suspenseful story that's part true-crime podcast and part meditation on escaping life choices to try to live a good life, The Last Bridge details the lengths people will go for money and success and how close to the edge a person can get without realizing it.
