Return Policy for Internet Orders
All books are sold in Canadian currency on a non-returnable basis unless you receive an incorrect or defective item or the item you order fails to be delivered in the normal delivery period. In that case, books should be returned in their original product packaging, with shipping costs paid by Dundurn.
Your refund will be processed once we receive the book back. We recommend that you use a trackable method of shipment; if the book doesn't arrive and tracking isn't provided, the refund will be cancelled. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
