Dundurn Press is pleased to announce that two of its authors have become finalists for the OLA's 2015 Forest of Reading Awards. Red Wolf, by Jennifer Dance, has been nominated for the Silver Birch Fiction Award; and The Strange Gift of Gwendolyn Golden, by Philippa Dowding, has been nominated for the Red Maple Fiction Award.

Sponsored by the Ontario Library Association (OLA), The Forest of Reading is Canada's largest recreational reading program. Each year, The Forest® celebrates Canadian books, publishers, authors and illustrators. More than 250,000 readers participate annually from their School and/or Public Library, and all Ontarians are invited to participate via their local public library, school library, or individually.

Winners will be announced on May 12th and 13th at the Festival of Trees Ceramony at Toronto's Harbourfront Centre, regularly attended by more than 9,000 people.
