Planters, Paupers and Pioneers author Lucille Campey will be speaking at the annual BIFHSGO Family History Conference. Campey, UK-based graduate of Ottawa University and the University of Aberdeen, has over 30 years' experience as researcher and author of several books about emigration to Canada. Her topics include: 'Emigrant Sea Crossings: a Good or Bad Experience?' and 'Planters, Paupers and Pioneers: the English Settlers of Atlantic Canada'.
