Price and Payment Terms

Your total price for the products will be stated on your purchase receipt. Payment for the products must be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). Orders are not binding upon Dundurn Press until accepted by Dundurn Press. Any price listed on the website by Dundurn Press will be valid for the period stated on the website, with the exception that Dundurn Press reserves the right to reject any sale for any reason, including for a misprint in the price quotation or advertisement. Prices advertised do not include shipping and handling, which will be added.

Shipping

Please note: Oversized items may require special shipping and handling charges or procedures.

Dundurn Press will arrange shipping of the products to your address. The costs of shipping and handling will be shown on your purchase receipt. Dundurn Press will not be responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond its control, including shortage of materials, labour strikes, transportation failure, or acts of God.

Dundurn Press does not give out tracking numbers until the allowed shipping time has expired. Please allow for 3–4 weeks for arrival.

Return Policy

Dundurn Press does not offer any refunds but allows for a 14-day exchange for damaged products.

We cannot accept for refund any digital products (i.e. e-books).

All returning damaged merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original (electronic/email) receipt. All returns are subject to inspection and Dundurn Press reserves the right to refuse any merchandise. Please contact Dundurn Press prior to making your return. Do not mark or sticker the original manufacturer's packaging. Please ship all items to us prepaid and for your protection insure the package and ship via traceable methods. Please note Dundurn Press is not responsible for lost packages that are in the process of being returned.
