Author

Chris A. Rutkowski is a science educator, with a background in astronomy. Since the mid-1970‘s, he has been investigating reports of UFO‘s and other strange phenomena, and writing about his experiences and findings. He lives with his two children just outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba.
